Shipping Information

Our shipping team does their best to ship orders as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. We will notify you if your items cannot be shipped within 3 business days. Out of stock items may take longer to ship. We will contact you with an estimated ship date. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, Ontrac or Truck Freight.

Return Policy

All products have 30 days to be exchanged for the same model or returned. All returns and exchanges must be in the original product packaging. Return orders must be in new condition. A 30% re-stocking fee will be apply to all returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for the return shipment. Customers need to Contact Us to obtain a RMA number before shipping the item back to us. We do not accept any items without a RMA number.

Warranty Policy

All products still under warranty must include the warranty certificate and proof of purchase with your return for a replacement. Manufacturer warranties does not apply to products that have been misused, improperly installed, damaged from accidents or altered. Shipping cost, cost of labor and any addition parts need is not covered under warranty. For more detailed information regarding manufacturer warranty, please contact that manufacturer directly.
